We prefer to sell our homes to cash buyers because these closings are not dependant on a third party approving funds. However, we will consider all offers including bank financing, hard money, and owner financing.

Bank/Mortgage Company Financing: If you would like to make an offer on one of our homes with bank/mortgage financing we will require a pre-approval letter from your bank or mortgage company. We have provided contact info for a few local mortgage companies below.

Owner financing: Owner financing is similar to a bank loan only the person or company that is selling the home is the one that gives you the mortgage. This kind of financing does is not dependant on a credit score. We will only consider financing you this way if you have at least 20% of the purchase price as a down payment. Example: If a home is $50,000 then you must have at least $10,000.00 down.
